Came across this sleep band on TikTok before a long-haul flight and honestly, it was amazing. It helped me completely switch off and actually relax during the flight. I loved not having headphones stuck in my ears – so much more comfortable, especially for sleeping. It really eased my anxiety while flying and made the whole journey feel calmer. Definitely a travel essential now

As a night worker in a busy household I always struggle to sleep. I’ve Tried so many options but everything I tried proved too uncomfortable to have a sound sleep. Seen this on TikTok and it seemed perfect so gave it a try. I got to say I am more than happy. I can listen to my podcasts or relaxing sleep music and it doesn’t feel like I got any thing near my ears ,and it is so comfortable. I’m not sure if it’s meant to, but I also put the front of the band to cover my eyes and it gives me a black out experience which really helps me fall asleep. I so nearly bought really expensive noise cancelling headphones, so glad I didn’t as this product is literally a fraction of the price.
